What to Contact Us About

• Corrections and updates. If a guide states something that is out of date, incomplete or wrong — a changed entry requirement, a route that no longer runs, an attraction that has closed — please tell us. Including the page address and, where you can, a link to the official source makes the fix much faster.
• Questions about a guide. If something in a guide is unclear or you think an important practicality is missing, we would rather hear it than not.
• Partnership and media enquiries. Including collaboration proposals and advertising questions.
• Privacy and data requests. Including access, correction and deletion requests relating to your own data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.

How to Reach Us

The contact form below is the quickest route and reaches the same place as email. If you prefer to write directly, our address is admin@fanouss.com. It is the only email address we use; we do not operate phone support.

Please include the page address (URL) if your message is about a specific guide, and write in English where you can — it is the language we publish and reply in.

What to Expect

We read everything that comes in. We aim to reply within a few working days, though corrections are usually acted on faster than they are answered, so a page may be updated before you hear back.

Two things we cannot do: we do not provide personalised trip planning, bookings or itinerary services, and we cannot give legal, medical, immigration or financial advice. For visa questions, border requirements and health rules, the authoritative answer always comes from the relevant government authority or your own embassy, and we will point you there rather than guess.
