Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is the national airline of Morocco and a member of the oneworld alliance. From its hub at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport, it links Moroccan cities with Europe, West and Central Africa, the Middle East and North America, and many travellers use Casablanca as a connecting point between those regions. Its loyalty programme is Safar Flyer.

Hub and network

Most international RAM itineraries connect in Casablanca, including domestic connections to cities such as Marrakech. As a oneworld member, Royal Air Maroc can be combined with partners such as British Airways, Iberia and Qatar Airways, with frequent-flyer benefits for eligible members.

  • On full flights, hand baggage may be moved to the hold, with a receipt.

Checked baggage depends on your fare and route: see RAM’s checked baggage page.

  • Online check-in closes 2 hours before departure; airport counters close 60 minutes before departure.
  • Boarding gates close 15 minutes before departure.
  • Recommended airport arrival: 2 hours before domestic flights, 3 hours before short- and medium-haul international flights (4 in peak periods) and 4 hours before long-haul flights (5 in peak periods).

Seats, meals and onboard service

The service on board depends on the route and cabin; long-haul flights are operated with wide-body aircraft such as the Boeing 787. Seat selection options depend on your fare and are shown when you manage your booking.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Change and refund conditions depend on the fare you buy. Manage your booking on royalairmaroc.com or contact RAM through its contact page. On flights departing the EU, EU passenger-rights rules may also apply.
